As early voting continues till Friday, I wanted to share with you some amazing news.
Our campaign has received the endorsement of our former State Representative and current Mayor of the City of Houston Sylvester Turner.
For the past 26 years, Mayor Turner has fought for our youth, seniors, and everyone in between. He has helped seniors receive a discount on their electricity bills. He has helped students receive quality education not only in HISD, but Aldine, Spring, and Klein. He was able to take Little York park which was 29 acres of underutilized land and turn it into the second Major League Baseball Urban Youth Academy.
I make the commitment to each and everyone of you that I will continue to bring growth into our district. I will continue to build upon the legacy which Mayor Turner has fought so hard in Austin.
I am honored to receive the endorsement of Mayor Turner and look forward to working with him.
Friends, this election is about continuing to grow our district. Not to take steps back.

The best is truly yet to come for District 139.
I would like to thank the following organizations and community leaders for their support in this campaign. Every day, our support is growing and we can not win without everyone's support.
I would like to personally welcome you to my website.
As the oldest of seven children, it was expected of me to set an example for others to follow. I was able to go to college and succeed in my career because someone took a chance on me.
I look forward to bringing a clear vision on how we will tackle the challenges our state faces and providing solutions. There is no other candidate in this race who has been able to gain the support of many and I am humbled that there will be an opportunity to speak up for those who may feel their voices is not being heard not only within our city, but within our state.
